Electric fittings

From 2012 our factory begin to produce the electric fittings, at first we produce conduit body, including (LL,LR, LB,T) with malleable iron, then enlarge the other items. Now we can produce the Guat, bushing, EYS, Lt connector with lugs, lt connector without lugs, union, enlarger, close nipple, drain breather, cover, aluminum lugs etc. In the beginning we use the black sand mould to produce, then we improve step by step, now we all revised the new mould with yellow sand, the thread is maked by CNC machine. The surface we mainly make now is electric, but also can make with hot-dip galvanized firstly then electric. Also for the new item we also have the experienced to open the mould, if you are interested welcome to contact with us.

Usage

Conduit bodies are used to gain access to the interior of a raceway for wire pulling, inspection and maintenance where the raceway changes direction. Allows connection of straight conduit runs, branch conduit runs and 90° bends. The union used for joining conduits, or conduit to enclosures or other devices, without rotation of conduits, etc. Allows future access and removal of system components.
