It departs American Type and European type both including hose end, male connector, female connector, the size from 1/4-2. For the big size of the hose end, female connector and male connector such as 11/4, 11/2 and 2 with crowfoot 4 lugs. The surface of American type is electric with white zinc, it’s Npt thread. For the European type is electric with yellow zinc, it’s bspt thread. All the product will make the 100% test before shipped.
According to many customer’s requirement we also open the new mould for blanked, triple connection.
About the double bolt hose clamps when install in the pipe, two different size clamps can use same pipe. If you want to pipe tight, you can chose the small size. To the contrary, if you want to relex, then you can chose the big size. In actual use, the pipe should be inserted into the liner, and the outer diameter of the pipe will be increased, so that there will be no problem in use. The size from SL22-SL1275 we can produce, for the new mould now SL22-SL49 we don’t use the spacer, when intall on the pipe is more circle then the old mould. For the SL60-SL400 we use the carbon steel spacer, for the big size from SL525-SL1275 we use the malleable iron spacer.
